🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Our products are currently being stocked. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order ships. Average delivery time: 2–4 business days .

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €150. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What exactly is an AquaFold?

The Waterdeal AquaFold is a collapsible rain barrel that easily unfolds and fills with rainwater. Available in various sizes from 100L to 1000L .

Every AquaFold comes standard with:


  • a sturdy tap for easy draining

  • a garden hose connection

  • a free 2-meter garden hose

Plus, with all AquaFolds from 380 liters, you'll receive a free basic filter to keep leaves, sand, and dirt out of the water. This makes sustainable water use even easier.

How long does an AquaFold last?


With normal use, an AquaFold will last for several years. The sturdy PVC material is UV and weather resistant.

Can I also take the AquaFold with me?

Yes! The compact, foldable design makes the AquaFold ideal for the garden, camping, or on the go.

🔒 Filters & drinking water

Does the AquaFold make rainwater drinkable?

Not standard – the rainwater is suitable for gardens and camping. However, with our Waterdeal PureFilter, rainwater is filtered and can be safely used, even as drinking water (depending on the filter type).

What types of filters are there?


  • Basic filter – removes coarse dirt (leaves, sand, insects)

  • PureFilter+ – activated carbon and ceramic filter for clear water

  • PureFilter UV – extra protection against bacteria and viruses

How often should I replace a filter?

Depending on use and filter type, on average every 3–6 months.

🛠️ Use & Maintenance

Is the AquaFold easy to clean?

Yes, the barrel is easy to empty and rinse with clean water.

Can the AquaFold withstand frost?

We recommend emptying and folding the barrel in winter to prevent damage from freezing.



Can I add accessories?

Yes, think of taps, extra filters and connections for multiple barrels.

We offer many different payment methods including: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Do I have a warranty on my AquaFold?

Yes, we offer a standard 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects.



Can I return something?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
